Terms of use

Access

Nidova is invite-only. An account is given to one person and meant for that person. I can withdraw access if an account is used to attack the service or to harm someone else.

Your work is yours

Anything you write inside the app stays yours, and you can ask for an export or a deletion at any time. The privacy page covers the detail.

The curriculum stays mine

Lessons, stories, exercises and audio stay the property of Nidova. Learn from them, quote them, show them to a friend. What you can't do is repackage them as your own product.

The links out to Swedish media point at other people's work, with their own terms and their own copyright. Nidova claims nothing over them.

What isn't promised

This is a small service run by one person, offered as it is: no uptime guarantee, no support commitment, no promise that any given feature sticks around.

Nothing here promises you'll learn Swedish, reach a particular level, or remember what you study.

Changes

If these terms change in a way that affects you, I'll tell you directly.
